Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access to materials for the remainder of the billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any amounts already paid.
Coaching, Consulting, and Done-for-You Services
If you cancel coaching, consulting, or done-for-you services, no refunds will be issued.
Group Coaching Success Guarantee
We offer a "Success Guarantee" for our group coaching program:
a. Earn back at least your tuition within 12 months, or we’ll extend your membership for an additional year at no extra cost.
b. To qualify, members must attend at least 3 out of 4 live coaching sessions each month.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
ANY DISPUTES, SHALL BE SOLVED, GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBSTANTIVE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA, USA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAWS.
